If you want to exchange an item, please return it for a refund. You can place a new order for the item you would like instead at any time. A direct exchange is not possible, though. We will refund the returned item by the same payment option you chose when you placed the order.
If you have chosen invoice payment (handled by Klarna bank), the amount for your return will be credited to your invoice. You need to report the return to Klarna so that your invoice can be put on hold until we have had time to register your return. Report a return to Klarna here.
